    Dual-Core (x2) problem fixed

    Please sticky this, its a game breaking problem and I just wanted to post it here so others don't have to relive my hardship. Anyways I have been dissapointed for awhile that I haven't been able to play KOTOR2 because the new machine I got was an x2 dual core. Well I just loaded all the fixes for another problem related to a different game and wondered if it fixed the KOTOR2 problems and the game works great now. Anyway you need to load 1) AMD x2 driver update AND 2) the Microsoft xp sp2 dual-core hotfix NOTE: the Microsoft fix requires a manually entered registry key and is NOT included in downloads from windows or microsoft update. To load the AMD x2 driver update download it from here http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/Techni...1_13118,00.html It's the "AMD Athlon
