I just completed Spires of Xin-Shalast in Story mode normal setting but I do not know how to unlock or go into the heroic or legendary settings. Can I get some help?

I am in the final scenario for AD6, then realized in my excitement of getting to AD6, I forgot to complete AD5. I completed Into the Runeforge, get awarded the Runeforge Weapons cards, but when I go to adjust my decks, they are not there. Did I do something wrong or is there a bug somewhere?

So I got the Emerald Codex as an adventure reward and when I went in to update my character decks, I somehow lost it. I wanted to swap it between two characters but every time I have gone in after later adventures to add cards due to either upgrading cards or losing them to banishment, I still don't see it as cards in my vault. Can someone explain to me why that is or how I get it back. Thanks

So in the middle of completing this challenge, it disappears for a new weekly challenge called New Years Weekly Challenge and takes 3 days to complete. Anyone else get this too?

I have been playing this online version since I got back from Gencon this year and I really love it. I am at a point now where, I can automatically acquire certain cards or automatically make certain rolls, yet I have to actually roll the dice. The game should know that I have the ability to automatically make a roll to recharge or gain a card, etc. so can't you add that into the game to speed up play? What is everyone's thoughts on this? Has it already been brought up in another thread? Thanks
