I've tried clicking other characters, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Was thinking it could be a resource loading error, so I went to the gallery and viewed all the spells. She is a rank 2 character in a party of mostly rank 3, so possibly a bug with receiving a card whose rank is too high?

D6AB8EB435C61EE I completed a quest, which gave me enough XP to push Seoni to 29. Upon trying to receive her spell card reward, the card never actually shows up.
