Sorry, but from your account I didn't understand - did you try switching to Merisiel and playing the Sanctuary while the "Recharge 2" prompt of Jubrayl was visible? For me, I recall being able to play Sanctuary on another (or at least, the spell was highlighted, I didn't try casting it). Yes I did, Wasn't hightlighted to be able to play, cause i attempted to play it. Just brang up the card to view no options to play. Usually the game gives a "do you want to encounter step" before "before you act steps" activate. I havn't had the card in other locations to test it. But at the waterfront in that scenerio it didn't work.

I also had an issue with Sanctuary. Merisiel had Sanctuary in hand, was at the waterfront. Kyra moved to the waterfront and explored and found Jubrayl Vhiski (does not state he can't be evaded or is immune to any trait) It went straight to the Recharging 2 cards that Jubrayl's Before you Act ability states. Did not let me have a chance for Merisiel to cast Sanctuary (which says: Discard this card to "choose" a character at your location to evade a monster; put that monster on top of the location deck, if it came from one.) Then of course since Merisial doesn't have Divine, it would be banished, but in the tabletop game that is a legal use of the card. Sanctuary was seeming to work when the character holding the card was the character encountering a monster. Just not when another character at the location has Sanctuary in hand. I use a Samsung-SM-P905V, android version 5.1.1 and havn't had a single crash or any other technical issues with the game. Avid table top card game player and I really have been enjoying this game! Thx for making it!
