    Usually when I don't have enough card to completed the character's deck, I press the green button, then cards (in default) would pop-up again based on character and type. For example, Kyra is missing a blessing. When I click the green button, a blessing of god pops up in the row below so I can add it to Kyra's deck to complete it.
