    Hey friend I made an account since this issue was bothering me much more than it rightfully should have. What fixed this particular issue for me was messing with the font scale option in the graphics a little bit. I adjusted from 100 to 110%; I would give that a shot and see if that fixes your problem.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
