Something weird happened over the weekend. I was playing quest mode with four level 25 characters. When I finished a scenario instead of going back to the regular quest mode screen where you pick the level of quest, it brought me to the first burnt offerings story scenario. I thought that I could finish that scenario and then go back to the quest scenarios but it goes on as if it was a story ones. I no longer receive experience for each bane that I defeat, but I do receive the story rewards. I can no longer play quest because each time I go there it now brings me to the 4 characters that I was playing but it brings it up the story mode. Is there anything that can be done short of removing and reinstalling the app? The last time I did that I lost all progression from my quest characters and I had to start over. Somehow I have 3 of the four characters I was using showing up as locked in quest mode. I can't select them or delete them. A lock icon shows up by their icon. Is there any way to unlock them?

If I purchase items on my iOS device, is there any way for those items to show up when I'm playing on my Android device?
