Ok, after playing the game a few times, I have tried to determine if there is a way to unlock 2 doors in the military base on Telos surface. One door says it is locked, but should be remotely opened from a nearby terminal. The second door is labelled basement level. I have never been able to open these, and wondering if I am missing something, or if these are not accessable as they were never finished. Can someone please advise?
