Do you know where this is documented? -
Character has mechanics skill of 5, I have 5 lockpicks. Chest has a difficulty of 8, but I can't open it. This has happened with multiple locks in different areas. I've tried reading forum posts on it and it appears that my patches are all up to date (I just bought the game a few weeks ago).
