Is there a planned fix for text blur? Previously sharp clear text is now blurry during some in game menus. Was fine before white March update. Anyone else having the same problem?

Has anyone encountered bug where after talking to nedmar and agreeing to free giacco, all enemies after do not attack, yet combat starts automatically. Have turned off auto attack, so have to boringly slaughter everyone while they just stand there? First glitch I've had and am on 2nd play through path of damned.
