Ok kids, i've finally worked this out! If you're still having freezing issues after doing everything you could find to do (like I was) try this. My issues seemed to be stemming from loading the cutscenes. Go ahead and disable movies in the swkotor.ini if you haven't already. ALWAYS have at least 2 saves in the same area, different locations. I use a hard save and a quicksave. If your last save or 2 won't load, load 1 that does. Once loaded and if possible switch out your party members, exit the entire mapped area and return. If you're on the Ebon Hawk and can't leave and return, just run through some dialog with one of your crew. This has worked ALMOST every time for me. The times that it didn't work I had to use KSE to change my party members. Hope this helps!!
