    This bug was fixed by:
    1) going naked (every piece of armor, weapon, and accessory)
    2) resting naked
    3) saving
    4) dropping out of game.
    5) reboot
    6) load
    7) play
    put on gear
    9) problem solved
     
    I honestly thought someone was joking when hey said “Did you try stripping?”
