Possible Bug in Sanitarium

Bug still exists. Basement was still bugged for me (my best save is right after I killed the golem that attacked the guard, prior to going upstairs) Upstairs is still hostile. I really don't want to have to start over to avoid making the main city hostile... I was enjoying this game immensely up until this point...
