I just verified game files and retried once, but it's still not working.. I can't save too (but is it even possible to save in the Encampment ?) If anyone has other ideas

I bought this game today and I had a problem with the loading screen of Cilant Lis, I wait but nothing happens I retried it 4 different times, but it still doesn't work Does someone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance
