    No progress in Defiance Bay - Winds of Steel unavailable

    Clyer doesn't offer me the following quest. I uninstalled the game, re-installed, patched everything but it does not come up. Further, my main character has an item that he does not have in his inventory which is negating other buffs. And my reputation does not increase, no matter how many quests I turn in. Can I upload my save so you guys have a look please?
