When I did this, the Steam downloads a file size of 0 bytes ,and nothing else happens. And the same thing happens with each of the following checkboxs. But after that the displayed status installed. And actually, even folders ("Almanac", "Ringtone", "Soundtrack", etc.). not created.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
