Im controling our little droid mate.. I have to open a door with a code. I have to make the top code simulair with the bottom code or what? And how the f*** they want me to do that?? i dont know what blocks to switch. Top 3E1D L7T3 Bottom 1E7T 3L3D help me out please

I'm allitle stuck on Onderon planet. I'm trying to help out someone from a crime. His locked up while the invastigaion is made. I asked everybody if they've seen anything. At the moment i found the droid in the cantina garbage and talked to the ones i could.. i dont know how to move on! help me please.
