    ¿Combusting Wounds and Damage Reduction of 5 and Above?

    I've been trying to make sense of Combusting Wounds as well, and it appears to not do anything. The combat log shows "5 Burn Damage over Time" as the effect when the debuff is first applied, but no feedback on when the spell is triggered or how it inflicts damage. Given the haphazard tuning of the game, specifically the spells, I wouldn't be surprised if this spell was bugged and actually does nothing.
