Solutions

  1. Bockrocker's post in Game crashing or locking up after launch was marked as the answer   
    Using EVGA Precision v16. Having this utility running was crashing PoE. Noticed only one GPU was being used for POE. Only current work-around is not using Precision while playing PoE.
