I have a Rogue with a 19 Perception, and has never managed a single interupt (+27). I picked up a Fighter with a 10 Perception, and they interupt almost every attack, and despite having a +0 bonus (althoguh the combat log shows them interupting with a +21). My Rogue also has an 19 DEX (+27% action speed) and no Armor and a Warbow, but doesnt appear to attack any faster than my armor NPCs or enemies. Is there a problem with Rogues? or am I missing something?
