    Hi! I'm new posting on forums, so sorry if this post is wrong or whatever. I'm not good writing/speaking english, so I want apologize if i have some gramatical errors. Thanks. Some years ago I did the change with some problems like this on Baldur's gate. So I would like to help with my little experience on it. Could be a stupid question but...Did you tried to change the picture name to a just 8 letters's name followed with _sm.png and _lg.png? I mean, something like "Frodo_lg.png" and "Frodo_sm.png". I dont tried yet to change my portraits, but I will. I'm just suggesting. Thanks anyway and sorry again.
