Funny thing is that I do have the russian copy. The ebayer didn't really specify that until I bought it. So at this point what do I do? I almost went out and bought the US version this weekend along with a new graphics card. Is there a way to get these movies or should I just buy the US version.

I am not sure on the refreshrate fix... how would I know and where and how do I go about dealing with it?

Which driver on the Bink download site do I need? I run on Windows XP.

I am experiencing the same issue. I cannot play most of the movies, either during game play or from the main menu screen. When are they going to fix it or is it up to us to fix it?

My only issue is that most of the movie clips do not play. there might be 2 out of 30 so far. The game tries to play them but it just flickers and then skips them. Someone else mentioned it had to do with the clip files and the size. Mainly anything over 1k was unplayable. What a royal pain. I hope there is a solution on the way.
