Again, unplayable with V 3.01.977
Loading times between 35 to 65 seconds
Saving times between 3 to 7 seconds
How many affected players does it take to have this fixed?

Still unplayable with version 1.0.6.0617 even with IEMod and auto saving turned off and with only one save stored in the saved games folder.
Game loads take more than 65 seconds and saving around 12.
It is a pity knowing the quality of the game... I am hoping this will be resolved with version 2.0.

I heard the Unity engine is to blame, therefore not much to be done in regards to loading/saves improvements unfortunately... Wasteland 2 uses the same engine and I remember having incredibly long loading/saving times...

Go to your "saved games" folder and right click on it. Click on "properties" on the context menu. Then click on the "location" tag. after inputting a new drive/path click on "move". This will move all your saved games from all games that use that folder to the location of your choosing. There is no way to move the Pillar of Eternity saved game folder by itself; it's an all or nothing move.
Thanks for the tip! It did not accelerated my heavy loading/saving time however!

I'm sure everyone knows by now but all issues have been resolved. I have no long saving/loading times anymore. This game is awesome! 120 + hours and counting and still haven't finished the game!
Same for me. I'm on 1.05.0567 version and still have loading times btw 40 and 60sec and saving times btw 10 and 15sec. I use only 2 save files (quick and auto), have 35 hours of play time. It became barely playable.
Well what are you waiting for? Post your save files so the devs can fix this!

Does anyone know how to change where the saves location. I use two different drives and would like to have my saves located on the same drive.

It would be great to have more flexibility in the game speed control instead of slow-normal-fast. Working as a pourcentage from -100% to +100% so we could control the speed with more precision in combat.

Personally I dropped the game. It is a pity since the game is great. I am about 30 hours far in the game and loading times are horrible.
Can we please have an update on this? Can we still hope for a fix?
