    If you are running a screen refresh rate of more than 85 the game will crash on startup and as you have already seen the configuration utility doesn't work properly. Lower your refresh rate to 85 and if you are using some form of refresh rate overide software make sure that the resolution you are going to run the game in is set to 85. From what I can gather KOTOR 2 does not support a refresh rate of greater than 85. Dobbs
