Ok well I was reading around here and found a way around the problem. If you have the same trouble you need to "reset" the display system. I do this by changing the aa seting, then changing it back after i do a save. Then I can close the menu and continue normaly. It's a lot of trouble but the game does look great at high res.

Just figured out that it will only crash after saving then trying to close the option screen. I can play if I don't wan't to save but thats kinda pointless.

For some reason everytime I hit the close button when in the ingame menu it crashes and causes my pc to restart after it hangs for a little. I can't seem to figure it out, but everything else runs very smooth. If you have any ideas please let me know thanks. Also here are my specs: athlon 2500+ 1gig ddr 6600gt
