In the PoE manual (inside back cover) www.paradoxplaza.com/support is identified as the provider for "customer service and technical support". But when I went to the site PoE isn't even in the dropdown list of games, so no help there. Not even a placeholder/redirect. Had to hunt to find this site. <disappointed>
