    Force powers restricted by armor? What?

    I'm trying to get shock but it won't let me. I completely de-equip and it still says I can't train in shock because I'm "restricted by armor" but I'm not wearing anything. Requirment is level 9 and I'm training for lvl 11. Whats up with this does anyone know?

    I need the 3 fragments of the droid engineer's voice to open the air lock. I got 1 from the security room, 1 from the first room to the right downstairs on the level with the HK droid, but I can't find the last one. I've looked for an hour with no luck. Anyone remember where to go?
