Not sure if someone pointed this out already, but if you ask for his mask, then he his MUCH more than 'just a man.' He turns out to be 'Death Incarnate', which is what Visas sees when she looks at you.

if you don't mid me asking is that drawn or done with a paint program? it looks so good I just wanted to know what do I need to do to draw that good? any advice would help.

You should also consider Corel Painter (Not Corel Paint) since it is a lot cheaper than Photoshop, practially has the same features, but more functions for painting (brushes, etc.)
