Every time i talk with someone or open up any window and close it the cursor isn't caged inside the game window anymore ontop of that if i start up the game and continue to do what ever im doing in other windows my cursor gets stuck in that window instead

So like many i was experiencing the whole 7 sec lag freezing up on inventory load 2+ min loading times and what not so i figured id try compatibility mode and since ticking it none of the save files are read then when closing the game and unticking comparability mode they are read again also going into steam offline or starting up directly from the folder makes it not read any save files that are made when launching from steam also on a side note mouse capture(so that it doesnt slide out of the window) is soooo funky >.>
