Nope. TOB was an expansion to BG2. Unless you think BGG3 would follow up two 100 hoursish games in BG1, and BG2 with 30-40 hours. L0L TOB was originally intended to be a full fledge sequel. But, it wasn't. It's an expansion.

Simply not true. Espicially since BIS was just the publisher. And, there are plenty of companies who could do it now.

 

Would you name a few? None of present time developers have the skills or will to do a game that large and still good. Except Bioware.

If your CD case looks like a DVD case it's normal : these kind of (crappy compared to american game boxes) case can contain up to 3 CD. The number of possible CD is written in the center (1, 2 or 3). The fourth is in a paper case under the manual.

 

But the game has 4 CD, I'm sure of this. So, you have to complain to your retailer and ask him to install the game to prove him he's wrong.

Yes, the dvd-case has the 3 cds stacked together and 1 cd comes in a papercover where the manual is...

 

So it has 4 cds

Like the question implies; if Obsidian and Lucasarts were to re-destribute KOTOR 2 as a "newer game", with M4-78, the HK Factory, and other multiple aspects, would you pay an additional 50$ or so for it???

How and when can you kill Carth? In my PAL version i didn't have chance to do it!

I'd say Bioware should do it. But i doubt that they do.
