That's strange, 'cause the tip worked fine in my case. I had the same problem (autopatcher apparently "froze" after completing the dowload for the uk version) but I decided to take my chances, disconected and what do you know, the patching process started immediately. So, thanks for the tip to Azuth; now let's see what the patch does...

Hello everyone, I have patched KOTOR II to version 1.0a (2.01.420 English) and swoop racing on Telos is still not working properly, meaning that whenever I break the track record of 0:41:23 (I think) the race master tells me I crashed. So perhaps this is something for the developers to consider in a future patch. However, I found a way to actually be able to race (albeit not have my record acknowledged) instead of floating in mid-air, which happens a lot if one starts a race by pressing the left mouse button and this is to wait for the green light with the right mouse button pressed. When the green light comes on I press the left mouse button and the race starts with the bike on the ground. As for my question: is there word on a post-v1.0a patch? Apologies if this post is in the wrong forum, this being my first post and all. Thank you.
