Ever since i installed PoE2 I have been experiencing problems with my mouse clicks. This is throughout the game and is one of the following:
1. Clicking on conversation replies or continues often yields no response from the game and I have to click again.
2. Clicking menu options, such as save game, will turn the box grey but not do what I want, i.e. will not save the game, and I have to click again.
3. Quite often designating where I want my characters to go will not work when I click, and I have to retry.
4. Moving items around in the inventory with the mouse is very finicky. I often fail to pick up items and have to try again.
5. I find clicking on locations on the map to be difficult. I've missed quite often and my boat/team have moved somewhere else.
Sounds like I'm repeating myself, I know, but the truth is I have had no end of mouse problems with this game. These are not mouse issues I have noticed in any other game. I also turned off the nvidia overlay, as someone recommended that on reddit. Nothing has really helped though.
I have updated my graphics drivers, updated my mouse software and even tried changing the settings of my mouse. Lowering the polling rate helped a little, but it is still painful playing this game sometimes because I have to keep making sure my selections are being accepted by the game. Combat is a case of constantly updating my choices.
I notice there is mention online of mouse issues for users with language other than English. I've checked this and my lanaguage is set to English.
