The Barbarian ability Heart of Fury has a weird default setting in the AI. It is set to have top priority when attacking, and the target is set to self, with no other conditionals. What this means is that the Barbarian will start combat by triggering the skill, usually hitting no one, ending up instantly wasting 4 Rage.
