Resolving the harsh medicine quest is partly bugged

After getting the medicine for Pitli, in her dialogue, you can pick two options. Either just let her have the medicine, or you can say that this cost you much. Well, if you pick that greedy option, you do get 200 coppers and the trinket, but you don't get any quest xp!

 

If you just give her the medicine, you do get xp and the trinket.

Hey,

 

I have the same/similar problem. I've finished the quest, and I do not quite remember if I got any rewards for it (I think I did), but the quest is still active in my Journal, despite Pitli and her patients thanking me for the cure.

I've ignored the problem so far, but I guess I lose out on some faction reputation? Anyway, hope you fellas at Obsidian can fix this, it's an otherwise stellar game!
