GayLenin Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 (edited) As it says in the title, I get the confirmation prompt, hit accept, and the upgrade goes back into the inventory and doesn't show up on-ship. I believe there's a workaround; if you click on the upgrades and then click on the upgrade slots (instead of dragging and dropping them) I believe you're able to equip them. =) Let me know if that works! 1 I try my very best.
