Withdraw is supposed to cause Invisible. A DoT that hits while invisible usually benefits from Assassinate (tested with Ray of Fire). If it caused Invisible, it would add Assassinate to the DoT hit. It doesn't.
If it's not intended to cause invisible or work with Assassinate (or other bonuses triggered by invisibility), please change the description....
