It was never a huge difference, so I say go for better cloak. It also depends on your party (if you have one). If you have a chanter and take the passive healing you definitely don’t need it. Constant Recovery is enough I think and if you get the upgrade to it even more so. Edited February 11, 2018 by Torm51 Have gun will travel.
