With high Dex and high Con you can convince a Salty Mast prostitute to go into your employ at Caed Nua, however then they stop providing their boons. This is a problem, as some of the best situational buffs in the game are granted by prostitute boons, and depending on how often you use them can be seem as a permanent negative modifier to your attributes (much like having a constant injury).
