Ranzak didn't receive his role upgrade.

Not sure what PFID is but here is what I have: VER-1137-20171207 #4623

Other info need, ask.

 

I have Ezren (Goblin. His portrait is human so minor bug there), Poog and Ranzak.

At rewards Ezren got his role, Poog as well, but Ranzak had a red circle with a line through over him so I could not assign his role.

I could not click on him at all.

I tried to restart but that didn't help.

Now his role is at preview permanently. 

 

Any thoughts? I don't feel like going further with that group, also afraid I will go with another group and same thing will happen, wasting my time kinda.

I've got the same problem with my sorcery. She died so got the circle and I figured, fair enough.

 

However, have done a few adventures since and the circle is still there. I simply cannot level her up

 

What are my options?

Ok so I tried that and it didn't work. He didn't die, and instead of getting any rewards it skipped straight to the deck management screen.
