dam Posted November 16, 2017 Share Posted November 16, 2017 The rogue skill upgrade Eliminating Blow's description says : Foe AOE: Shaken for 12s (which is an addition to the tooltip, from the regular skill) The description further says : (Eliminating Blow) - Enemies near the target are Frightened from the attack. Make up your mind, are they Shaken of Frightened ? You are correct in that upgraded abilities are not blatantly obvious as to which features they may be applying when used. Even as a person who plays this every day, I can get confused by these. I've always wondering about this: "+50% Damage by percentage of target's Health lost" - it's says nothing! "+N% Damage for every percent of target's Health lost below 50%" - this is what i want to see, and this is how it's works.
