Game Crash

Hi!

First...sorry for my english.

 

Second... i have an huge problem with my Account on game.

 

I play to Pathfinder Adventures on my Mobile,an Asus Zenfone 2,and i finish all Adventures.

 

Now ,after the last upgrade when i open the game, this crash when it try to connect with my Game Account.

 

If i try to play off-line the game work normaly,but just it connect with my Google Account it crash all time.

 

Pls help me because i have an huge collection of cards and i finish all adventures.

New update.

Nothing happened.

Hi Ivan, we're still trying to figure out the issue. It's very difficult considering all our test devices do not have this bug. We know it's a Google Play authentication issue, considering it works if you play offline.

Hi there,

 

Can you give me more info on your phone? What version of android do you have? Do you have the latest version of google play? We've been receiving crash bugs on android recently, but all our devices in house has been running it completely fine. We're trying to narrow down the cause of this.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same problem. I did the update to 1.2.8. Pathfinder adventure loads, but when it reaches the title screen (after the loading screen) it just crashes without any interaction. Some more details:

 

What platform are you on? - Android
What version of the OS are you running? Android 5.0 (Lollipop)
What model is the device? ASUS Zenfone 2
What is your PFID#? - I can't get this, I think since I can't get into anything.
 
On my first try, I did get the Google Play prompt to link, but now, i don't get it. I believe I have latest version of Google Play and Google Play Games.

I am having the same problem since the latest update.  Like lightshroud, I got the the Google Play prompt/login the first time put now it just crashes a few seconds after showing the main page.

 

I too have a ASUS device, but a Chromebook.  Note that the game was working fine on ChromeOS prior to this latest update.

 

What platform are you on? - Google Play on ChromeOS
What version of the OS are you running? Latest ChromeOs Dev build
What model is the device? ASUS Chromebook Flip 302CA

Sounds somewhat similar than some problems with Huaway phones and tablets... if it is, then the Remedy may be, if Asus make update to their devices the situation may be fixed by that update.

These device manufacture based problems in Android world can be really hard to get fixed... Hopefully it is not that, but if only Asus devices Are crashing then the Asus is most like the only hope to get this fixed.

And important thing. I have reinstalled Windows recently and it was my first try to launch the game on new pc. Maybe there is some error with Google Play syncronization because of that?

 

Edit: I have tried installing and launching the game on 3 different pc's. All on Bluestack and Andy emulators. Crash happened all 6 times. I guess this might be a problem with the game.

Problem still there. I have tried loading from different wifi network (different router) and from different accounts. However on all 3 PCs game creashes after 1-2 sec on main screen. When i turn wifi off, then the game launches perfectly (apart from connecting to google play and downloading all my game data). I guess there was a game update during 17 September - 3 October? Because before 17th September i played the game with no problem.

Seems like gobelins dont like the update. ^^ 
Same problem here since last 5 days. Failing the connection to my google play account. Unable to play. (I have purchase the 'daily gold' few days before the first crash.) 

What platform are you on? - Android
What version of the OS are you running? Android 7.0 
What model is the device? Nvidia Shield Tablet K1
