Scenario : First of third adventure - Normal difficulty
On Mobile
Used Favor of Nethys discarded to see three cards, put them in order, has put Graul Ogrekin on top to encounter it, the d4 dies start to keep rolling repeatively by itself, including the combat roll, which ended up Seoni rolling a d4 melee combat roll against a 13-diff henchmen, and 9 damage !! (at least i rolled a 4....)
Happened twice, second time I dont know location of first time.
