I made a Name a Pet pledge, money was taken from my card. What should I do now? What is actually "Manage my pledge"? I went through entire progress, I chose my pledge (525$ with transporting cost, already paid), than I chose hoody as a bonus (+60$), entered my address, than proceeded to checkout. They will walk you through everything, I'm assuming that "naming a pet" thing won't be til later but you should really write them about it. In regards to that, we're just as clueless as you. What I will say is that you have to "complete your pledge" to move forward in any way, this is just confirming the pldge of what you already paid.
