Boeroer Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 (edited) Maybe that one level is not enough. You need 9 skill points from 9 to 10 if I'm not mistaken. You can use resting bonuses (stronghold or an inn - don't know which one) and/or a rite of hidden wonders, too. That should be quicker.
