Project Indiana (Cain&Boyarsky game) is a brand new IP and they haven't worked on it with Paradox (unless Leonard was dodging it sneakily as well), which would rule out World of Darkness? Well they did say it's not a Vampire game that much was clear before which did leave the door open to some other IP from WoD which was now promptly closed New Vegas 2 was stupid rumour, especially since the game is supposed to use Unreal Engine.
