Usually just get mine well done, haven't really had a dry one that I haven't cooked. But doing it does provoke people so that's another mark for it. Conway should know better. Also chicken, if you count that due to Salmonella/ Campylobacter. Ordering Your Steak Well-Done Like a Baby Is Also Dumb for Health Reasons. And if you eat your steak well done and especially if it's grilled you remove most of the fat which then makes it healthier for your heart. Six of one half dozen of the other. Some of them are totally selective germophobes but I think for most it's more that it's just outside their comfort zones I had a few well done onlys visting here recently who I gave up on taking them to anything not fast food.
