Why has elegance found so little following? Elegance has the disadvantage that hard work is needed to achieve it and a good education to appreciate it. - Edsger Wybe Dijkstra

Haruo Nakajima - Godzilla suit actor for films Godzilla to Godzilla vs Gigan has passed at 88.

He was one of two actors to play the role in the original film but as I understand it became the main actor in the role for the subsequent films while the second actor, Katsumi Tezuka, took other monster parts (like Angiurus) although in King Kong vs Godzilla, Nakajima essayed King Kong to Tezuka's Godzilla.

Glen Campbell passed away at 81. I know he had been fighting alzheimers. The Wichita Lineman is no longer on the line.

Hooper had a respectable career; Texas Chainsaw Massacre was sort of a turning point for 70s horror films.
