I assume Bell will be composing the music again, or at least I hope he will since that was one of the great elements of Pillars of Eternity.

i sure hope so, the music was for the most part one of the stronger points of the first one

Seeing how Justin is Obsidian's Audio Director I think it's save to assume he is working on the game.

Yeah you can see Justin seated in the video, in the shot of them waving. At least I assume that's the Deadfire team. No GSG that I could see.

I don't know if he's a lead, but he is definitely involved. I saw Sawyer post that Kaz was involved on his tumblr.
