Today I have such an issue. When I hover my cursor over something and I get a popup (poultry description for reference on a screenshot attached) that popup is in circa 70% of cases shaking. Up and down very very fast. It happens in the inventory/stash screen as well. Of course I can't show it shaking on an jpg, but I sure hope you guys will understand.
