No extra conversation lines with Sagani with Deadfire Archipelago Culture.

Recommended Posts

Well, I am playing as a boreal dwarf with Deadfire Archipelago as my chosen culture. I see many extra dialogue options from time to time, based on culture, well not so many, but they exist yes? So, I expected there would be at least something, with Sagani... Nothing, she talks to me as if I am a tourist and not a local. She is 5 years in this continent, how many more boreal dwarves has she found? And when she meets me, she treats me like an alien, that really breaks immersion in my opinion. Anyway, not a major problem of course. I just thought to mention it.

there is extra lines of dialogue for a priest of wael. 2 total? however, in a supreme bit o' irony, one needs honest disposition of at least 2 to access.  deceptive is a wael disposition. soooo...

HA! Good Fun!

I would appreciate it if there were many Priest of Wael dialogue checks with ridiculous requirements, like lore 5+athletics 5+ mechanics 5.  Or if they required a counter-intuitive set of choices.  Or if being a priest of Wael sent you on a Windwaker style quest with no explanation at the end.

Really, quests for the gods or orders need to be better suited to their personalities.  Wael's quest should have been significantly more complex and ineffable.  Galawain's quest should have had you do the hunting rather than factions, and ended with a particularly nasty beast.

I think the expansion did better at this, with a nice balance between Ondra's secrets and Abydon's self improvement.

That would have been nice. It was probably on a list of features that fell off the schedule due to budget.
